2. Purpose of the website
The website provides information about Method's voice-first AI product engineering practice, its work and its capabilities. It is not an online store and does not itself create a contract for professional services.
Any project, proposal or professional engagement is governed by the written terms agreed separately with the relevant client. If there is a conflict, those signed terms take precedence for that engagement.
3. Acceptance and lawful use
By accessing the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms, applicable law and good faith. You must not:
- use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
- interfere with its operation, security or availability;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
- introduce malware or automated activity that places an unreasonable load on the website; or
- infringe the rights of Method, its clients or third parties.
4. Intellectual property
The website and its contents, including text, design, visual identity, graphics, code, case-study materials and other assets, are owned by or licensed to ENTROPY BAY, S.L. or their respective rights holders.
You may view and temporarily reproduce reasonable extracts for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not publish, modify, commercialize, distribute or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission.
5. Inquiries and proposals
Sending an email or completing a conversation with the Method team does not create a client relationship or bind either party to a project. A project starts only when the parties agree a written proposal, order or contract.
6. Availability and disclaimers
We try to keep the website available and accurate, but it may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn without notice. Content is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on incomplete or outdated website content, interruptions outside our reasonable control, or third-party websites. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
7. Third-party links and materials
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not endorse or control those websites and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
8. Privacy and cookies
Our processing of personal data and use of optional analytics is described in the Privacy Policy. By using optional analytics, you give consent through the separate cookie choice interface; refusing analytics does not restrict access to the website.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms when the website or applicable law changes. The updated version will apply from the time it is published on this page, subject to any mandatory notice or legal requirement.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Where legally permitted, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules or jurisdiction.
